It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

Christmas spirit goes into high gear next week with the return of the beloved annual Community Christmas dinner Tuesday, Dec. 12. The doors of the seasonally decorated Thunderbird Hall will open at 4:30, with choir performances getting underway at 5 p.m. and dinner to follow at 6 p.m.

And of course, Santa Claus himself will make an appearance to greet the children!

Seasonal events got underway last weekend with another highly successful Elders’ Christmas Bazaar. Band members who haven’t completed all their shopping will want to check out the House of Treasures, where the annual members’ sale is underway through Dec. 8, offering members a 30 per cent discount on everything in the store.

Elders are welcomed to a Christmas lunch on Wednesday, Dec. 13 starting at 11:30 a.m. at the Thunderbird Hall. Remember to bring a wrapped gift (valued at no more than $15 if you wish to participate in the gift exchange!)
