At its Nov. 6 meeting, Council decided to revise the schedule for this year’s Annual General Meeting to accommodate a funeral service that has been scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, Nov. 19. The Sunday meeting is now scheduled to run from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The financial statements for the Band (Campbell River Indian Band or CRIB) and its limited partner CRIBCO will be presented during at this meeting.
Lunch will still be offered for those who are not attending the funeral service.
Monday’s meeting will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will feature the Council portfolio reports, lands and housing updates, the Band Manager’s operations report, and presentations on topics such as community safety.
