Elders CALENDAR November
“Cozy Crafts,” Monday evenings throughout the Winter months we will meet at the “Back Room” of the BIG House from 6:00 to 8:00pm to do our crafts together and learn from each other. It will be SO COZY! Your Elder’s worker will pick you up and drop you off at home after, safe and sound. Call to sign up if you want a ride, if you don’t want a ride just show up!
The Elder’s group will be holding a BINGO on November 6th as a fundraiser to assist with travel expenses for the year, we are always looking for New Items to offer as door prizes. Please contact Kristen if you wish to donate. Concession will be serving Chili for Dinner.
Our monthly Community Movie Night put on by the Elders in partnership with KDC will be at 7:00pm Nov. 19 at the Thunderbird Hall. Doors open at 6:30
Make sure your name is on the list for the bus for the Island-Wide Luncheon on Nov. 28th!
Elder’s Planning Meeting will be held on Nov. 14, with a lovely lunch as always.
Keep Saturday Nov. 17 open to attend the annual Elder’s Christmas Bazaar and have your picture taken with Santa. There will be an array of vendors from all over and tons of prizes! We can always use help setting up the day before and help cleaning up after, “wink wink.” Remember Santa’s watching!
