By-election, today till 8:00 p.m. Voting for one council position takes place until 8 p.m. tonight at the Thunderbird Hall.
Food Fish Distribution, Sept. 15 – 22: Details have been finalized for pick-up locations for members who live off-reserve. Our news story has been updated with this info.
Elk Draw, Sept. 8: the draw to allocate 24 tags will take place at 4 p.m. Members can get their names in till 2 p.m.
Family Fun Day, Sept. 8 – 2 – 5 p.m. Free activities at Spirit Square.
New Hospital Opening, Sept. 10 – Emergency and obstetric patients can begin accessing the new North Island Hospital in Campbell River hospital the Emergency Department starting at 5:30 a.m.
Community Information Meeting, Oct. 7 – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Proposed topics for discussion include community safety, housing, and the Land Code. What other topics would you like to see covered?
