The Wei Wai Kum Council has placed Lands and Housing Administrator Jason Price on an administrative leave, with pay, until a further decision about how it wants to respond to a recent report from a lawyer.
Jake Smith has tendered his resignation as Operations and Maintenance Worker. His last day of work was April 20. The nation thanks him for his dedicated service and wishes him all the best in his new post. Council expects to post the position next week.
The hiring of the Summer Works Crew has been temporarily delayed due to staff vacancies. These positions will be filled soon.
The Elders and Youth Workers positions will also be posted shortly. These positions have been under review.
